Global Process Rollout Lead
Drive hands-on rollout of global business processes at AddSecure. Turn complex system flows into clear guidance, training and practical ways of working across teams and markets.
Are you passionate about turning complex business processes and systems into practical ways of working? Do you enjoy getting hands-on in business applications, testing how processes work, creating clear documentation and helping users understand new ways of working?
We are looking for a Global Process Rollout Lead who can combine process understanding, system curiosity and practical execution. This is a role for someone who likes to figure things out, create clarity and produce tangible rollout material, not only coordinate others.
AddSecure is a European provider of secure IoT connectivity and solutions that help organisations improve efficiency, create value and protect critical functions. With over 30 years of experience, we serve industries such as alarms, buildings, transport, public and personal safety, and critical infrastructure. Our solutions help make the world safer, smarter and more sustainable.
The role
You will work closely with process owners, business stakeholders, system experts, architects, integration teams and development teams to drive the rollout and adoption of global business processes across AddSecure. This is a hands-on role. You will be expected to actively explore system flows, test process scenarios, identify and structure gaps, create process documentation, prepare training material and explain how the target processes work in practice. You will collaborate with system experts and developers when needed, but you are expected to build your own understanding by working directly in the systems and translating that understanding into clear guidance for users. The role is well suited for someone who has experience from process rollout and business systems, but who still enjoys doing the practical work: clicking through flows, creating process charts, writing work instructions, preparing training decks and helping users adopt new ways of working.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Understand and explain target end-to-end business processes across systems, teams and markets
Independently explore, test and validate process flows in business systems such as CRM, ERP, CPQ, customer service platforms and related integrations
Create and maintain process maps, work instructions, rollout guides, training material and knowledge base articles
Lead process walkthroughs, rollout sessions, trainings and business-facing presentations
Identify, document and structure process gaps, deviations and local/global mismatches
Translate findings from workshops, testing and user feedback into clear decision material
Prepare and present issues and gaps for Change Control Board discussions
Maintain traceability from identified gap to decision, implementation and updated documentation
Coordinate with system experts, architects, developers and product teams when changes are required
Continuously improve rollout methods, templates, documentation standards and training approaches
Who you are
To succeed in this role, you are structured, curious and practical. You are confident working across business and IT, but you are also comfortable going into the systems yourself to understand how processes work in practice. You are not only a facilitator. You like to investigate, test, document and explain. When something is unclear, you do not wait for someone else to describe it for you, you explore, ask the right questions, validate the flow and turn your findings into clear material that others can use. You are senior enough to have worked with process rollouts, business process implementation or system-related change before, but hands-on enough to create documentation, training material and process charts yourself.
We believe you have:
Experience from process rollout, business process implementation, business transformation or similar
Hands-on experience working with business systems in areas such as CRM, ERP, CPQ, customer service, order management or related platforms
Proven ability to understand, test and document end-to-end business processes
Experience creating process maps, work instructions, user guides, training material or knowledge base content yourself
Experience leading workshops, process walkthroughs, trainings or business-facing rollout sessions
Ability to identify, assess and structure process gaps, improvement needs and local/global deviations
Strong ability to translate complex system and process logic into clear, practical guidance
A proactive, pragmatic and self-sufficient way of working
Strong communication skills in English
