Global Process Rollout Lead
Drive global process rollout across business and IT at AddSecure. Lead adoption, training and governance in a role with real impact across teams, systems and markets.
Are you passionate about process rollout, stakeholder enablement and helping organisations turn target processes into practical ways of working? Do you enjoy working across business and IT, creating clarity in complex environments and supporting global adoption across teams and markets? Then this could be the right opportunity for you.
AddSecure is a European provider of secure IoT connectivity and solutions that help organisations improve efficiency, create value and protect critical functions. With over 30 years of experience, we serve industries such as alarms, buildings, transport, public and personal safety, and critical infrastructure. Our solutions help make the world safer, smarter and more sustainable.
We are now looking for a Global Process Rollout Lead to support the rollout of global business processes across AddSecure’s application landscape. In this role, you will help strengthen how we present, communicate and support target processes across teams, markets and systems. The position is based at our headquarters in Stockholm.
The role
You will work closely with process owners, business stakeholders, system experts, architects, integration teams and development teams to support the rollout and adoption of global business processes across AddSecure.
You will focus on process presentation, stakeholder enablement, gap identification, governance preparation, training and documentation. A key part of the role is to ensure that target processes are clearly understood across countries, functions and teams, and that identified gaps are structured, presented and followed up in a consistent way.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Presenting and explaining target processes to business and IT stakeholders
Leading process walkthroughs, rollout sessions and business-facing presentations
Identifying and structuring process gaps, deviations and local/global mismatches
Preparing and presenting issues and gaps for Change Control Board discussions
Coordinating handover of approved changes to relevant development or product teams
Following up decisions and maintaining traceability from identified gap to implementation
Owning and coordinating training activities as part of rollout and business readiness
Creating and maintaining process documentation, training materials and rollout guides in the knowledge base
Collecting feedback and contributing to continuous improvement of rollout methods and governance practices
Who you are
To succeed in this role, you are structured, communicative and confident in working across business and IT. You have the ability to understand complex end-to-end processes and explain them in a clear and practical way to different stakeholder groups.
You enjoy creating clarity, driving alignment and helping organisations move from target process to practical adoption. You are comfortable owning trainings, documentation and follow-up, and you work in a structured way when identifying and presenting gaps, risks and improvement needs.
We believe you have:
Experience from process rollout, business process implementation, change management or similar
Strong ability to understand, structure and communicate end-to-end business processes
Experience working across business and IT in a complex systems environment
Experience leading workshops, presentations, trainings or other stakeholder-facing activities
Good ability to identify, assess and structure process gaps and improvement needs
Strong documentation skills and experience creating process documentation, work instructions or training materials
A structured and proactive way of working
Strong communication skills in English
It is considered an advantage if you have experience working with end-to-end processes such as lead-to-cash / order-to-cash, including complex order fulfilment, customer portals or e-commerce, self-service, CPQ, and support & case management.
Experience from working in complex system environments (e.g. CRM, ERP, CPQ, customer service platforms, marketing automation, and integrations/iPaaS) is beneficial. Experience with Salesforce (CRM) and Business Central (ERP) is a plus.
As the role includes both local and international contacts, you need to be fluent in written and spoken English.
