We are on a mission to create a safer and smarter world. We are seeking a Product Information Manager to join our Product Operations & Scale-up Team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure our product data is accurate, consistent, and securing order to invoice flow with great customer experience.

About the job
As a Product Information Manager, you will be responsible for managing product data across AddSecure’s channels. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Sales, and Marketing to ensure that all product information is accurate, up to date, and aligned with business goals. Your main tasks: 

• Keep product data complete and accurate in Salesforce, Navision, SharePoint, Business Central, and other platforms.
• Act as the super-user for product information tools, helping teams manage and update data.
• Work with finance, tech, and business teams to ensure smooth product launches and order processing.
• Use data insights to improve processes and suggest better ways of working.
• Train and support colleagues in using product information systems.
• Collaborate with global teams to keep product information clear and accessible worldwide.

About you
To thrive and succeed in this role, you should:

• Have a degree in business, data management, IT, or a similar field.
• Have experience with product information systems, ideally in IoT, tech, or manufacturing.
• Be a team player who enjoys working with others.
• Be proactive and focused on results.
• Have strong system skills and experience with tools like Salesforce, Navision, or similar platforms.
• You understand the overall vision but also pay close attention to details.
• Speak and write fluent Swedish and English.
