Our recruitment process
Explore the overview to learn about our recruitment process. Our procedures may vary between countries where we have offices. However, here you can find a general outline of our process.
1. You apply to the role
You apply for the role. This is easily done by submitting your CV. We don't require a cover letter, instead candidates answer a few role-related questions and share their interest in the position.
2. We read your application
We are happy to read your application and aim to do so right away. In the majority of our recruitments, we employ continuous selection, and we encourage you to submit your application as soon as possible.
3. Your skills have caught our attention
At this stage, you have been selected based on the role criteria. We are arranging an initial interview. In the event of a high volume of applications, we may conduct tests before scheduling interviews to streamline the selection process.
4. We believe that you are a good fit for the role
This is when we invite you for additional interviews. At this stage you might meet a future colleague, someone from People & Culture (HR) or the Hiring Managers Manager. The process vary a bit from country to country, regardless we encourage you to ask all the questions you might have about our culture and us as a company.
5. Tests
If you haven’t done tests earlier in the process, you will receive a link via email. You will get immediate digital feedback after submitting. We use Alva Labs assessments to help us increase our hiring success by identifying the candidates that are most likely to thrive and be successful in the role.
6. Background check and references
References are obtained either digitally or via phone. We kindly request 2-3 references who can speak to your previous tasks and performance. Towards the end of the process, and depending on the country, background checks are conducted as necessary. Some positions may require an extended security clearance screening.
7. We’d love to have you join our company
Now, we hope that you feel the same way about us as we do about you. 😊 After reviewing the compensation and benefits offered for your position in your country, we are delighted to give you an offer. This will be sent digitally and can be signed electronically as well.
8. We welcome you to our company
Our onboarding begins weeks before your start date. We organize your required equipment and provide preboarding information. Upon arrival, you'll receive introductory training and attend a welcoming onboarding conference to meet other new colleagues.
