AddSecure has during the past few years undergone a significant growth-driven transformation and today we are a market leader in Europe. As AddSecure grows, the People & Culture department (P&C) is also under development and needs to strengthen with a Director P&C for one of our business units. We are on a very exciting journey where we develop a common corporate culture and define our strategies, routines and processes. About the role
In this role, you need to master the entire HR- field with extra focus on Change Management as the company is in an expanding phase. You will work both operationally and strategically with the majority of P&C issues such as recruitment, employment law, work environment, leadership support and being involved and running various projects within the scope of P&C.
Since we are a central corporate function, we need to support and cover up for each other, therefore it is of importance to us that you are prestigeless, cooperative and goal oriented in order to achieve the goals.
As the head office is in Stockholm and English is the corporate company language, you must be fluent in both English and Swedish. You will work in nice and bright premises in Stockholm (Telefonplan), and some travels will occur in the role, both in Sweden and abroad. You report to our Chief People & Culture Officer.
To succeed in the role, we believe that you are a self-driven and solution-oriented person with high integrity. You have the ability to create structure in a dynamic environment, without losing the overall perspective. You have a strong interest in the business and can link P&C activities to business goals while being good at building and developing relationships with managers, trade union representatives and employees.

We want you to have:
- relevant university education.
- 5+ years of experience in a business partner role in an international company.
- experience from working with change management and implementing and driving initiatives and change projects in larger organizations.
- good knowledge of labor law and experience in union relations and negotiations as well as knowledge of collective agreements.
