We are growing rapidly, both organically, as well as acquisitive, and are now looking for a Product Manager that will drive our portfolio of Platform Services.

About the role:

As Product Manager Services, you will be responsible for the business performance of assigned product offerings over all AddSecure markets. With the base in the company business plan and strategy, the Product Manager articulates the product strategy for assigned offerings and drives execution over all operations. You will work closely together with colleagues in Product Management to secure a strong, competitive portfolio as well as be required to have a constant dialogue with sales, partners and customers. It will be critical to know the market.

In this role, you will drive our portfolio of Platform Services. These services include monitoring connections fulfilling high demand requirements. You will own the strategy and Product Backlog prioritising market needs and you will be responsible for guiding R&D.

Responsibilities:

• Defining, anchoring and communicating the product strategy
• Analyzing offerings in terms of performance, profitability and sales
• Active Life Cycle Management of assigned product offerings
• Defining and collecting market requirements in tight dialogue with sales
• Translating market requirements to new products/offerings and bringing them to market
• Creating and tracking development requirements
• Creating and maintaining product roadmaps
• Setting price levels and product positioning
• Creating delivery and maintenance process descriptions
• Creating sales and marketing material
• Engaging in sales support towards larger customers

Your qualification:

We want you to have a relevant Technical Master/Bachelor’s degree and a technical understanding of areas as Cloud, IT, IoT, and telecom. We would also like to see that you have at least 5 years’ experience of product management and that you've worked with Software and Hardware development. International experience is a merit and experience from the security industry is useful.

You need to have analytical skills and enjoy solving business and technical challenges. Other important skills would be the ability to translate market requirements to products/service offerings, excellent communication skill and good understanding of business models, customer segmentation and negotiations. You also need to have agile development methodology.

When it comes to language skills, we hope that are able to speak Swedish and English fluently, both orally and in writing.
