Job Description

In the role as Customer Project Manager, you will manage customer specific projects from start to finish as well as generic release projects to the market. This includes, among others, development of customer solutions, roll-out projects and introduction of the solutions to the general Smart Alarms portfolio.

To be successful, you will work in close collaboration with sales, business development, operations, R&D and Technical Support to identify solutions, implementation proposals and plan projects in order to secure deliverables. You will also be involved in our customer’s delivery projects in order to launch services within the partner/customer organisation. Key is to manage external as well as internal stakeholders.

The Customer Project Manager will report to VP of Product within the Smart Alarm business area, Robert Lignell.

Qualifications

You are generally interested in technology and IT deliverables and have a high interest in accelerating the digital agenda. You are a very responsive person and you enjoy working in a truly dynamic and international environment with global coordination. Interaction with project team members and key stakeholders is your passion. This requires a relationship building personality and an excellent sense for business and priorities. You create strong follow-up structures and seek clarity, alignment and clear decisions on how to progress throughout the project. You do not fear transparency and flag any concerns early. You need to be hands-on, and in the details, while able to consolidate and filter information based on context and audience.

We also see it as a must that you have:

  • Proven experience of building a strong collaborative project team across many locations and interacting with different cultures is a necessity
  • Technical University degree
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, verbal and written
  • Technical skills relating to IP networking, Routing, Mobile communication, application deployments, ITIL service operations, IoT

It is a merit if you have experience in:

  • Agile Software development, acceptance tests, service operations
  • Implementing customer specific projects into a standardized service portfolio
  • Knowledge around the Alarm communication market or Security markets
